Górniczy Klub Sportowy Górnik działający w latach 1946-74 przy kopalni Sosnowiec. Początkowo, z braku własnego obiektu na Sielcu, mecze rozgrywał na stadionach Czarnych lub Włókniarza przy Alei Mireckiego. Jesienią 1959 roku, z okazji awansu do klasy A, wybudowano boisko przy ulicy Kaliskiej, wciśnięte między internat Szkoły Górniczej i okoliczne budynki. Z czasem, na ważniejsze mecze, korzystano gościnnie ze starego stadionu Zagłębia przy Alei Mireckiego 33. Na obiekt ten, łącznie z sześcioma drużynami piłkarskimi, KS Górnik definitywnie przeniósł się latem 1967 roku, po spadku z III ligi międzywojewódzkiej. Występował tam w klasie okręgowej (IV poziom rozgrywek) i jeden sezon 73/74 po reorganizacji - na trzecim szczeblu. Latem 1974 roku został włączony do GKS Zagłębie. Uwaga! Klub ten nie ma nic wspólnego z aktualnie działajacym klubem o tej samej nazwie, który powstał latem 1977 roku, w wyniku fuzji Górnika Klimontów i Górnika Zagórze.
