'''Ludowy Zespół Sportowy (LZS) Warta Jastrząb''' – klub sportowy istniejący od lat 70-tych do 1985 roku w Jastrzębiu (gmina Poraj) w powiecie myszkowskim prowadzący sekcję piłki nożnej. Nazwa Warta pochodzi od rzeki przepływającej przez Jastrząb.

Pierwszy ślad o grze piłkarzy Warty Jastrząb w rozgrywkach częstochowskiej grupy II Klasy C pochodzi z sezonu 1977/1978, kiedy zajęła w niej 5 miejsce na 7 drużyn. W sezonie 1979/1980 Warta Jastrząb grała w Klasie B, ale nie ustalono czy w sezonie 1978/1979 awansowała do niej na boisku, czy wskutek decyzji „przy zielonym stoliku” likwidującej Klasę C i przenoszącej wszystkie drużyny do Klasy B. W sezonie 1979/1980 Warta spadła do Klasa C, bowiem została ona reaktywowana od kolejnego sezonu tj. 1980/1981.
 
Potem Warta grała w częstochowskiej grupie II Klasy C do sezonu 1985/1986. Najlepszy wynik uzyskała w sezonie 1980/1981, kiedy zajęła 3 miejsce w Klasie C na 7 grających w niej zespołów. Sezon 1985/1986 był ostatnim, po nim Warta Jastrząb nie uczestniczyła już w rozgrywkach prowadzonych przez PZPN i klub przestał istnieć.

HISTORIA KLUBU

Ludowy Zespół Sportowy (LZS) Warta Jastrząb – klub sportowy istniejący od lat 70-tych do 1985 roku w Jastrzębiu (gmina Poraj) w powiecie myszkowskim prowadzący sekcję piłki nożnej. Nazwa Warta pochodzi od rzeki przepływającej przez Jastrząb.

Pierwszy ślad o grze piłkarzy Warty Jastrząb w rozgrywkach częstochowskiej grupy II Klasy C pochodzi z sezonu 1977/1978, kiedy zajęła w niej 5 miejsce na 7 drużyn. W sezonie 1979/1980 Warta Jastrząb grała w Klasie B, ale nie ustalono czy w sezonie 1978/1979 awansowała do niej na boisku, czy wskutek decyzji „przy zielonym stoliku” likwidującej Klasę C i przenoszącej wszystkie drużyny do Klasy B. W sezonie 1979/1980 Warta spadła do Klasa C, bowiem została ona reaktywowana od kolejnego sezonu tj. 1980/1981.

Potem Warta grała w częstochowskiej grupie II Klasy C do sezonu 1985/1986. Najlepszy wynik uzyskała w sezonie 1980/1981, kiedy zajęła 3 miejsce w Klasie C na 7 grających w niej zespołów. Sezon 1985/1986 był ostatnim, po nim Warta Jastrząb nie uczestniczyła już w rozgrywkach prowadzonych przez PZPN i klub przestał istnieć.
